I noticed that when there is only one option for tickets, it doesn’t show the description (since no drop down) but rather just the price. For example, there are only lawn seats available for Kenny Loggins yet it doesn’t show “Gen Admission Lawn ($79) but rather just $79. Is there any way to fix this??

vs. one that has the drop down and descriptions:

Hi Tracy,

The only way to do this would be to edit one of the template files.

One of the developers created a pricing option function which will display the prices as a list or as a range, that could be used in this situation to get the Ticket Type. I would use it in the registration_page_display.php (and event_list_display.php if you want to).

You could create a shortcode to do it as well.

Sorry there isnt a simpler solution that I can think of.
