So I have the Registration Approved email set to send to both Primary Registrant and to Registrant.
In a single ticket registration, the one registrant however is receiving both of these Registration Approved emails.
I would have assumed that they would only receive the Primary Registrant email and that the Registrant email would only be sent in group registrations.
It’s a little confusing for a single registrant to receive two Registration Approved emails.
The primary Registrant email was designed to be used as an additional email sent specifically to the Primary Registrant. They are technically a registrant so receive all of the details a registrant would so and rather than require that be duplicated from the registrant to the primary whenever changes are made we have a separate email specifically for the primary.
If you don’t want the additional email for the PRimary Registrant you can disable that email context and they’ll just receive the registrant email.
