hey!

I’ve spotted a problem in the booking process:
I’m using “check” gateway to simulate a cash-payment on arrival for my events. When I’m in the booking process and start simultanous another booking process – for example when there’s only ONE space left, and then finalize the booking in process A. when I’m trying to continue with booking B in the process, the next page is only my theme with the header “your booking” and nothing under it.

Is there a way to select the “error” or “in the meanwhile the event is full”-page?

thanks!

Hi Alexander,

Can you verify this happens with an unaltered version of Event Espresso?

Hi Josh!

Except for visual changes (positioning) and removing unnecessary information (for example the second button in the confirm-step) I did not change anything in the booking process!

thanks!

Hi Alexander,

Can you confirm that the JavaScript for the payment page has been restored? You mentioned in this other thread that you had disabled it:

I disabled the notification-pop ups – I there a notification via pop-up when a event is booked out?

Hi,

A pop up is used by Event Espresso 3 when a registration has started and you try to click backwards to return to the event registration page — there will be a warning pop-up to prevent you from moving backwards so that you do not lose your registration due to the session being overwritten.

Yes, I know that! But this means, my problem has nothing to do with the javascript?!
So it must be a different problem, I think?

We saw your steps earlier (https://eventespresso.com/topic/simultanous-double-booking/) but it looks like you may be modified the core.

Could you run through those steps with an unmodified version of Event Espresso and share your findings here?
