Hi Javier,
I checked your site and Event Espresso’s date and ticket selections work differently than the page you linked to. The main difference is the date selection would typically happen from a list of events -or- a calendar. To make it all happen on one page like on your site it would involve extending the basic functionality of Event Espresso by building a set up custom templates or a custom plugin.
