Signature Capture

We do several youth camps for minors. All of our forms require adult signature and authorization (ie, release from liability, Medical consent, etc…). Is there a suggested way to secure a parent’s e-signature? I know I can use an “I Agree” Checkbox, but our lawyer tells us that it is more defensible if we actually have the e-sign. Any advice?

Have you looked into something like echosign? It allows you to upload documents for signature.
