When I add a new event, I put in a start time and an end time but the time does not show up on my homepage. The title of the event does show up on the homepage. When I click on the title, it shows the description, the date, but not the time of the event.

Posting any sort of code is way beyond my capabilities. Does your response indicate that the default plugin Event Expresso does not indicate the event time on the homepage?

Hi,
The event time doesn’t show up by default on the event list. However it should be showing up when you click to register for the event.
Can you provide a link to your events please, and I can check why the time isn’t showing on the single event page.

My bad! The event time does show on the single event page.
Is there some simple way of changing the default so that the time does show for each event in the event list on the homepage?
I would like to use the new application EE4 on my website. Is there instructions somewhere which would tell me how to import and install this new application?
A new question: Is there someway of turning off the necessity for a person who registers for an event the requirement that he/she pay the Event Price when they confirm the registration?

Hi,
In EE3 you would need to edit a template file to add in the times. EE4 has the times showing by default.
Upgrading from EE3 to EE4 is as simple as deactivating EE3, uploading EE4 and activating it. It will then take you through a migration system to port over all your old data.
Regarding not paying, they could use an offline gateway such as the Invoice, which basically defers payment.
