Showing a customer events they have registered for

How can we show a customer a list of events they have registered for? Is it possible to do that without an add-on or third-party plugin, maybe via a dynamic link in their email confirmation or by asking for their email address on the website?

Also, if we can show the list of events, is it possible for the customer to be able to edit their tickets (add/remove/upgrade)? Thanks!

Hi there,

The only option we have available for this within Event Espresso is using the WP User integration add-on:

That has the [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] shortcode which can be used to show the current user any registrations they have made which are link to their EE_Contact (meaning registrations they made in EE with with the same first name, last name and email address as their WP user account)

Those would be possible to do with custom development but is not something we have available within Event Espresso.

Not currently, once a registration has been made the user can’t add/remove tickets to and from those registrations etc.
