I have an event setup with two ticket types, and wanted to check if there was a way to display both a waitlist and register option if one of the ticket types are sold out?
Currently, when all the tickets of one ticket type are sold, but the other ticket type still has tickets remaining, there is no option to be able to join the wait list unless both ticket types are sold.
I believe my problem relates to this one posted a few years ago: https://eventespresso.com/topic/wait-list-available-even-if-event-is-not-sold-out/. I was wondering if there has been any updates since or ways to be able to get this functionality working?

Hi there,
Currently not, the Watislit section shows based on the event status rather than individual tickets and there hasn’t been any changes to how the Waitlist add-on functions in this regard.
One option for this would be to separate the camps into male and female ‘events’ so each camp basically has 2 EE events, the waitlist would then trigger for each individual event as that single-gender fills up.
I noticed on your site you have a message stating the prices will increase, have you thought about using a separate ticket with the ‘sell from’ date on that ticket set to that date for this? You can set the name of the ticket to include ‘Late Fee’ for example to make it clear those prices will change.
