show venue images in upcoming events widget

Hi there,

I use version 4.2.8.p.

I use the upcoming events widget. I miss the image from the venue. Only the image from the event itself is shown, but normally I only store images in venues. And I want to show these images in upcoming events.

Is this possible?

Hi Reiner,

The upcoming events widget does not currently have an option to retrieve the venue image. As you shared, it uses the featured image for the event.
