Show Ticket Price & Details with Not Approved Registration

Hi,

I’d like to show the the ticket price and details on the Registration Checkout page even when the default registration status is set to Not Approved. Otherwise, it is not clear what the Additional Registrant Questions apply too.

The exact CSS class that is missing from the default not approved registration checkout page is: class=”spco-ticket-info-pg”

How can I make it so that appears on the single checkout page?

Hi Delray,

I’m uncertain that this is something that can be done within 30 minutes of priority support time. Had someone told you that if you bought a priority support token this was something we would do?

No, I was not told that it could be done. It was just something that I require and I hadn’t received an answer from the ticket I posted this morning. I thought it was a simple fix as this feature is present in my other events with a different default status.

How much priority support time would it require?

We generally do not provide customization support with the priority support tokens. I can look into this and let you know which templates would be involved with making a customization like this one. I wouldn’t think this would be a customization as it is working with other event statuses. It seems to me it is more of a bug. But perhaps I am wrong. Were ticket details not designed to show when the default event status is set to “not approved”?

Can you post a screenshot of where it’s not displaying the ticket info so I can better understand your question?

The top screen shot is correct – ticket details and price is shown. The bottom screen shot is where the problem is occurring. The event ticket details and pricing is not appearing, and I believe it is due to the event default status being set to Not approved. That is the only difference I can find between the two events.

Hi Delray,

Thanks for the screenshot. It helped clear up some confusion I had about what you were asking for. What you’ll need to do is update to the latest version of Event Espresso 4. There were some changes made to the /registration_page_attendee_information.template.php that make it so a little table of information gets displayed for each ticket type.
