Hi again,

Is it possible to show the number of tickets per order for an event overview? The issue my client is having is they want to know the expected attendance for a given night without having to go into every order to view the number of tickets.

ie. maybe between Option and Payment or somewhere?

Thanks,

Rory

I think will have to look at adding this in a future update. For now, you could use the export tool to see the registrations and number of tickets for each one.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for that Seth,

I’ve tried tinkering a little with the code myself.

From my understanding and looking at the code in “…./plugins/event-espresso/includes/admin-reports/event_list_attendees.php” I can add a heading for number of tickets easy enough. Rolling down through the code to the where the number of tickets should be shown messes up the table though, even when entering some static text? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. It shouldn’t be too difficult (in theory!! – pardon my ignorance) to show the attendee quantity per order at this stage?

Or failing that a nice workaround might just be to show the overall number of attendees on the overview page?

Thanks,

Rory

Hi Rory —

This is currently not supported by the plugin. In all likelihood this will be handled completely differently in 3.2. For now we have no plans on major feature changes in 3.1.x.
