Show list of attendees and dietary needs for todays event on a separate page?

We are hosting events where we need to know the dietary restrictions of the participants should they have any. We therefore need to set up on a seperate password protected page a list of attendees for todays event with any dietary restrictions if there is any. For our chef and transportation agent to see.

Is that possible?
