I would like to be able to show event information (time, date, location, etc.) if the event is full. Currently, if it is Full it says:

“We are sorry but this event has reached the maximum number of attendees!
Please check back in the event someone cancels.
Current Number of Attendees: 1”

I would like to change this text as well as allowing everyone to still see the description of the event as users would normally see if they click on the Register button.

I would also like to show the event information for events that are inactive (in the registration_page_display.php file).

I found how to change this for events that are have expired on not yet open registration times.
