Show cancelled event in calendar

Hi, Running Event Espresso – 3.1.37.7.P Version 4.5

Occasionally we need to cancel an event, and would prefer to be able to show this on our calendar instead of just removing it.

The idea is that the event remains in the calendar but in place of “Enter Now”, or “Full” or “Closed” it says “Cancelled”. We’d also like the the option of offering “Postponed” too.

Is this possible?

Hello,

You could adjust the attendee limit and then add messaging to the event description that the event has been cancelled.

If you are using an email marketing option like MailChimp, then you might consider an email signup form there as well.
