Is there a way to use tool tips, or any other method, to show availability in the Calendar?

Hello Peter, You could use “Available Spaces: [ATTENDEE\_NUMBERS event\_id=17 type=available_spaces]” to display the number of available spaces. This will show in the tooltip on the calendar.

Where would I place the short code and how do I supress the description showing with tool tips on?

This can be placed at the beginning of the description. If you use the more tag, the description that follows will not appear in the tooltip. Example code:

Available Spaces: [ATTENDEE_NUMBERS event_id=YOURID type=available_spaces]<br />

Thanks for the help, but I will not pursue this as I do not want people having to hit show more on the description which gives instructions.
