Hi,
We are using EE4 and the Ticketing & Scanning add-on. We will be using the “Continous check-in Only” to check-in the attendees. Is it possible to show the attendee name under the green check-mark when doing the check-in? How could we do this?

Hi Silvia,
Currently only the Lookup Attendee option will print the Attendee name, along with a button to check in, after scanning. I can send in a feature request to add showing the Attendee name to the “Continuous check-in only” screen.

The feature request has been submitted, and I’m afraid I have no idea when that might be implemented.
