Are there any codes or variables I can use to display information to someone after he registered?
For example, in the emails that are sent there is a View Your Payment Details link as well as a Download a PDF Invoice link.
Since ee has members integration I want to give the user the ability to see this info from his account (or on a dedicated page while he is logged in). stuff like past purchases or events attended.
Is there any thing like this?

The my events page feature will show a list of registered events and related info for a logged in user in their account. Please see the documentation for the more info: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/members-integration-addon/#my_events_screen

Well, I found the email shortcodes/tags ([registration_id], [fname], [lname], [phone], [event], [event_link], [event_url], [ticket_type], [ticket_link], [qr_code], [description] etc…)
As there a way to use these on the site, like shortcodes?

Those shortcodes will work in the emails, they do not work on front end pages or templates.

A feature like this already exists with the “my events” feature that is included with the WP user integration. Regarding Event Espresso 3.2, it is in feature freeze. Adding new features will delay it further.
