Hello, This is the second ticket opened for this matter. The first issue we believed was resolved due to an issue with the theme, but the theme author has confirmed that this is an issue with the plugin.

I’ve (with your help previously) narrowed down the issue to one particular theme settings that causes the shortcodes to stop working. When you choose which page should be designated the “blog” page, then the shortcodes stop working.
Can my support token still apply to this issue? Anyway, please let me know if you can implement a fix on your end to solve this.

Hi there,
The support token has been used (actually beyond the 30 minutes).
I’m struggling to see where this is an issue with the plugin that can be fixed from our end. The theme support agent simply stated “so it seems that the plugin is not fully compatible with the theme.” Do they have evidence to back up that statement? How do they know it’s not a bug in the theme?
