I’ve put a video together that can much better explain what is happening.

Here’s the link to it

Can you send us screenshot of your october event page? is there any datetime that spans from september to october?

Can you confirm if you’re the same october event being pulled from the shortcode?

Can you share what EE version you are using?

thanks

How did you enter the shortcode, did you try to copy a code and paste it? if yes, can you paste it as plain text? you can do this in windows using ctrl+ shift+ V or just right click and paste as plain text.

can you also try to type it manually and see if this work.

thanks

Yes, I tried that. I even removed the one shortcode and put it on a completely new page:

Hi Shelly :),

Do you have any caching plugins enabled?

If so, do you have object caching enabled?

Nope. I just asked Flywheel and they said that they do not support or offer that.

Hmm (good!) you do like to bring the tricky ones.

IIRC didn’t we go through this not so long ago with a very similar issue on this site?
