Hi there,

So just to note for future readers, that’s a shortcode used within the message templates to pull in the value to a custom question asked on the registration form with the Question Text set to ‘Organization/Institution’.

You can pull the value of any custom question into the emails using:

[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*{question_text}]
(To pull details specifically from the primary registrant)

Or [RECIPIENT_ANSWER_*{question_text}]
(To pull details for the current ‘recipient’ of the email)
