I have exactly the same issue as I did in my last support ticket, but now the codebase has been updated the previous fix no longer works. Can you advise what to replace now?

I’m using the latest version of EE4.

Hi Matt,

The permanent solution is to make sure that the www user on the server can access the file.

The solution I gave you last year was only intended to be a temporary solution. If you need to reapply a temporary workaround, then the post from last year would be the same, other than the line number which is line 307.
