Hi,
The short code [ticket_quantity] does not seams to work in the news ticketing version.
It simply print “ticket_quantity”

Hi there,
The new version of ticketing (2.09) has the ticket quantity automatically added to the default ticket template and will display a few lines below the QR code.
Are you adding this shortcode to the ticket’s description? Please note that the shortcodes will not work if they are added to the ticket description.

I’m using an old template, is there any reason why it would not work ?

Are you using [ticket_quantity] or [ticket_qty]? It should be [ticket_qty].
