I have images on the order confirmation (html and pdf) that I cannot find that are not displaying. I think they are in the [event_list] portion of the html and resulting pdf. One is for the date/time, one for the venue and one next to registration details.

I think i got it – I had a change of URL during development and there were still instances of the old URL. You have a rocking product here! I can’t believe everything it does.

okay they work in the html now but not the print to pdf ?

added www. infront of my url for images and it did not make a difference.

I have added the PHP directive “allow_url_fopen = on” to your .user.ini file located at the following path:
and all of the images work now except for one that is related to the venue. I’m good 🙂

Thanks for the update. That makes sense that the change to enable allow_url_fopen would fix the issue with images not loading in the PDF.
If you need some help with that venue image please let us know.
