Hi,

Is it possible to create a shopping cart widget in the footer?

Hi,

If your active WordPress theme has a widget area in the footer, yes it is possible.

You go to Appearance > Widgets or into the site’s Customizer’s Widgets panel and add the Cart widget to the footer widget area. There’s more information in the documentation:
