Hi…I’m trying to set up workshop registration on my website and when a customer’s registration processes through paypal they are charged shipping. Can the event expresso be set to $0.00 and override the paypay shipping charges? Thanks for your help…

You can’t send a $0 transaction to PayPal, PayPal won’t allow it. Are you selling other things via PayPal that you need shipping charges added for? If not, I’d suggest if you needed shipping charges for some things and not others, you could use the surcharge option for that and just leave the surcharge at 0 for events that don’t require shipping costs. (obviously that would be a fixed cost, not based on the customer location)
