Running WP 3.8.1 / EE 3.1.36.3.P / Upgraded a few days ago. / JP Knit and Stitch Two issues: 2) Help? |
Hi Genevieve, How are you today? 1) I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you. 2) When during the checkout does that occur? Did you click backspace or anything during checkout? Do you have a event we test to see this occur? |

Hello Garth! I’m actually Genevieve’s web admin cranking through some stuff for her. But I’m doing well! 1) Thanks for the license key reset. I followed the instructions to the letter (delete, save, insert new key, save) and I’m still getting the same error. :-/ thoughts? 2) I’ve solved this one, had to reset to the new templates. thanks, |
Hi Taylor, I looked over the license key info for this site and it looks like something is invaliding the key right away. Is this WP install a single site or is it part of a MultiSite install? |

Single site. Here’s a list of our current plugins, all up to date: Add Linked Images To Gallery Version 1.4 Advanced Custom Fields Version 4.3.4 Akismet Version 2.5.9 Event Espresso Version 3.1.36.3.P Google XML Sitemaps Version 3.4 Hybrid Slideshow Version 1.6 Jetpack by WordPress.com Version 2.7 jQuery Colorbox Version 4.6 MailChimp Widget Version 0.8.12 Raw HTML Version 1.4.11 WordChimp Version 2.0 WordPress Database Backup Version 2.2.4 WP-PageNavi Version 2.85 WP Show IDs Version 110709 WYSIWYG Widgets / Widget Blocks |

I can send across our .htaccess if that might be an issue as well. |
HI Taylor, What we can try is delete the old key and give the account a brand new key. If you go to your account page you’ll see a new key that can be copied and pasted to your Event Espresso>General Settings page. Before you do that, you will need to remove the key that’s there, save the page twice, then add the new key and save again. |

ah, that seemed to work. many thanks. |
|
I’m getting the same error again now. |

“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.” |
Genevieve, I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your Event Espresso General Settings, save the blank field, then reenter the key and save again. Let us know if you have any issues. |
