Several Fields not exporting to CSV File

I have an event set up and when I export the details to the CSV file, 2 of my fields are not exporting. How can I correct this issue??

I have 2 fields on my registration form that are not exporting to the CSV file. How do I resolve this issue?

Hi there,

Are you using any custom code to change the order/fields within the CSV exports?

Or, do the 2 fields you mention above both have the same ‘Question Label (admin-only)’ value?

There is no custom code.

Yes they do appear to have the same Question Label. If I change one of them will I loose all my data I have so far??

That’s the problem, they aren’t missing, the values are overwriting each other in the CSV 🙂

No, you can change those without losing any data.

That did not fix the problem.

I changed the labels so they were different and re-exported the file and those fields are still blank.

Mind if I take a quick look at this in the admin?

I’ll need details on the event and the fields that are not exporting (including them on the above form) to check this out.

Just noting here for future readers that the above fix did work and the export now includes all of the data.
