Hi I am looking for an event management system and was wondering if yours…..
1. allowed for invites and confirmations (i.e easy to monitor who you have invited)
2. Multiple fields per invite. e.g There maybe a invite who is say a principal and they may be permitted to bring 2 student guests whose names we would want)
3. Ability to generate seat labels
4. Ability to create thank you emails and letters
5. Ability to capture award recipients and generate certificates.
6. Ability to use fields as merge fields into a prin

Hello Ben,
Thank you for your interest in Event Espresso.
- allowed for invites and confirmations (i.e easy to monitor who you have invited)
We don’t have invitation functionality. You would need to use a plugin like MailChimp, or something of that nature and then include links to the events that you generate with Event Espresso.
- Multiple fields per invite. e.g There maybe a invite who is say a principal and they may be permitted to bring 2 student guests whose names we would want)
If by “invite” you mean being able to add multiple attendees to events, we do have this functionality.
- Ability to generate seat labels
With some customization, I believe this could be done with our Ticketing add on.
- Ability to create thank you emails and letters
With our Ticketing app, you can keep track of who attended the event and then use those email addresses to email thank you emails and letters.
- Ability to capture award recipients and generate certificates.
Not sure what you are needed here, but you could add an admin question where you could text about the award that the recipients received. As far as generating certificates, we don’t have that type of functionality.

I’m not sure what you mean here. Can you explain?
