Setup Roles and Permissions with EE4

Wordpress v4.0 and EE4
I see with EE3 there is an add-on to setup user permissions and roles but what do you do with EE4?

Hi Adele,

Setting up user permissions via a plugin is coming soon in Event Espresso 4.5. In the meantime, Event Espresso capabilities can be added to non-admin accounts by using WordPress filters. Please see my comment in a related thread that has more information on how to set up the filters:
