Setting Up Monthly Payments

I have a client who offers swim lessons each month on different days.  Is there a way to add event expresso to the page where a client would be able to select classes for every Tuesday(or any other specified day) of each month and then pay for them on the check out page?  Right now, the customer would have to click “Add to Cart” for every Tuesday that they would like to sign up for and they would have to register the amount of kids for each day(Tuesday) that they added to cart.  Is there a simple way to achieve this without the customer clicking add to cart for each day that they want the classes for?

Thanks

Hi Michael,

Let me refer you to two other pages which discuss this:

Thanks Garth for the links, But, this is still not what I’m trying to accomplish.

If my client has 3 classes per week on T, W, Thursday, how can I add a recurring event for these days for the whole month, BUT, I would like the customer to buy the classes for the whole month without clicking add to cart for each day.  Is there anyway to achieve that?  Its just a little cumbersome for the customer to click Add to cart for each of those days for the whole month.  Thanks for your help, or anyone else..

Hi Michael,

Well, if the events are all linked, in that the user has to buy a block of them, the only real way to avoid the add to cart is to set up one event for the cost of the entire month and have linked events that show the other dates for display purposes.

A short example.

3 events – Mon Wed Fri.

Mon is a normal event, it has a price that covers the cost for all three events.

Wed and Fri are normal events, but there are two setting changes:

“Display registration form? ” is set to NO
“Alternate Registration Page (optional)” is set to the URL of the Mon events registration page.

What this will in effect do is if a user clicks Wed or Fri, they will be sent to Mon to actually sign up, but on the calendar and in the event list it will still show all the events.

Alternatively, you could use this shortcode in the event description, [ESPRESSO_CART_LINK event_id=”1-2-3″ anchor=”Register for These Events”], which will actually add a link to add multiple events to the cart in one go.
