I’m using e4 with Cal add on and grid view

First off I’m setting up classes that span the school year and are weekly for 1 hour each.
When I set up date times for the entire class under 1 event I want a single ticket to be sold for the whole semester of classes?

In Calendar view the classes seem to overlap each other even though they have distinct start and stop times each week??

The grid view overall seems to work pretty well

When on the registration page each and every date and time shows up? Is there a way to say tuesdays 2:30-3:30 sept 27th -Jan 27th with some dates that skip for holiday and also appear on the cal in this manner, then download all dates to ical with one click to import the class to the users cal????

The class starts in september so click the calendar to see how it distorts etc after entering october????

Hi Joe,

Looking at your events it seems you have this set up already, in that your ticket applies to all of your datetimes. Sales to that ticket then apply to all of those datetimes.

In Calendar view the classes seem to overlap each other even though they have distinct start and stop times each week??

There seems to be an issue with your ‘Event End’ dates. In the example event you provided your events run from:

September 30, 2014 – September 30, 2114

Can check your datetimes and see if this is the date set please? If not can you provide a screenshot of the datetimes.

When on the registration page each and every date and time shows up? Is there a way to say tuesdays 2:30-3:30 sept 27th -Jan 27th with some dates that skip for holiday and also appear on the cal in this manner, then download all dates to ical with one click to import the class to the users cal????

I’m sorry but I’m not sure I follow? Is it that you do not want to display the datetimes?

I do not believe you can currently sync multiple dates/events within the iCal but will investigate.
