Setting keeps resetting itself

Hi guys

We have recently changed the settings for our promotion codes, for the promotions to affect taxes. We have selected ‘yes’ however this stays on yes for a couple of hours and then when i go back to check the event it has somehow reset itself and gone back to ‘no’. Why is this and how do I stop it? as my customers are getting charged the wrong prices for their events.

Hi there,

You can use the first function shown here:

Which will force promotions codes to affect taxes regardless of the what the setting is set to, I’d advise adding the function to a Custom Functions Plugin.
