Set-up ticketing functionality

I installed the ticketing plug-in but I do not see “Ticket” in the list of default message template as shown in the screenshot in the help section.

I have Event Espresso 4 Version 4.9.82.decaf/Theme Genesis Version: 2.10.1/Child Theme Foodie Pro Version: 4.0.0/Wordpress 5.2.2.

Hi,

You’ll need to upgrade from the decaf version of Event Espresso 4. One way to do this is go to your site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page, then click Save. Then follow the prompts to upgrade to caffeinated.

While waiting for a response, I did the following:
downloaded the regular EE core plugin, deactivated EE decaf, installed regular EE core, backed-up WP folder and MySQL DB, activated regular core EE plugin. The barcode now shows-up in printed ticket.
