Does a smartphone that scans tickets at our event need to be set up with Event Espresso first, or does the scan automatically register at Event Espresso? We may be using several different smartphones during our event.
I noticed you’ve marked this thread resolved, but to answer your question for any future readers, the only setup on the device itself is installing the EE4 Ticketing app:
When you open the app you log in with your site’s credentials and start scanning.
