when registering a payment, the default setting is now to change the status to ‘approved’. Can this be changed to ‘don’t change’?
we want to use the ‘approved mail’ for other purposes. So it would be easy that we don’t have to change that field every time we register a payment. We might overlook it sometimes ๐
when registering a payment there is a popup to fill in the payment details and there is also a dropdown: change status of the order? options: approved,don’t change,annulation, rejected,… (sorry they are all translated in dutch now, so don’t know which are the exact words in english)
We want the default selected option to be ‘don’t change’ here

That default can’t be changed at this time so I was wanting to know how you were using the registration approved message that is triggered to see if we could suggest a different workflow.
Oh sorry, the “registration pending payment” mail…
– create a customized mail
– change the setting in the event for ‘registration pending payment’ to this custom mail
– send mail to attendees using the enveloppe icon
