Not sure where to start to troubleshoot it. We are summer are currently closed except 1 single event, so don’t know if it’s the event or something else.
The caching plugins or server side caching can cause the error. It may also be if they’ve left the initial registration page open for a really long time (like over an hour) then try to finish the registration they could get the error.
Finally, you could go to the Event Espresso > Registration Form > Reg Form settings and set Enable Bot Trap to No if it’s currently set to Yes. I’m not sure that’s causing the error they’re seeing though.
