Server timing error

Hi again,

We have had a user report that they have been trying for days to register but are getting the ‘Your ticket selections could not be processed due to a server timing error’.

I have googled for solutions, but they all seem to relate to older version (I cannot see a bot trap option anywhere).

Hi Ben,

The bot trap option is located in Event Espresso > Registration Form > Settings. You’ll need to deactivate the bot trap options there.
