Server time out error

I have had several students complain of this error. Any idea what is the cause and how to fix?

That may be caused by their browser autofilling the anti-spam field on the ticket selector form page. You can avoid the error by going to Event Espresso > Registration Forms > Settings and deactivate the bot trap feature there.

If I disable it will bots starts registering for events?
