Server Popup Error

Hi: We don’t know what this means: https://prnt.sc/w7b4vm We are getting that – is it because we can’t have more than 10 ticket dates on one event? It doesn’t seem to be an issue with less tickets. Thanks!!

Hi there,

max_input_vars is a limit set on your server for the number of ‘inputs’ on a page (basically anything that can be changed).

As you add more datetimes/tickets to an event, you add more inputs and eventually you’ll get to the point (like now) where your server wont allow more inputs to be processed.

max_input_vars can be increased to allow for more tickets, just contact you host and ask them to set it to a higher value, double it for roughly double the number of tickets, go higher if more tickets are needed.
