Hi,
In The Netherlands sequential invoice numbers are mandatory. I read somewhere in these forums that the all new messaging system introduced in EE 4.9 would make this possible. Question is how, as I can’t find it in the admin interface. Thanks!

While the new messaging system will allow for the capability to build out a sequential invoice numbering feature, that feature has not been built yet. If you’d like to sponsor this feature, you can get the ball rolling by filling out this form:

Ok thanks, I have sponsored the feature. Hope to see some activity for this feature in the near future. For me it is a show-stopper as I cannot use the invoices at all without it.

Thanks for filling out the form with your suggestion. Generally the costs to develop a new feature are significant. In this case it may help if you can get a few other sponsors together and pool resources.
