I must not have seen the email I was expecting to see when I was looking for this one particular person who said she received an email confirmation from PayPal, but no tickets from us.
And then receive all the confirmation emails, but not the tickets?
Looking at your screenshots it looks like they didn’t receive any emails from EE. They may have received a payment confirmation from the payment gateway but with the registration showing Pending payment and no emails within the message activity I don’t think they have had any emails from EE.
