Hi,
I now have about a 100 registered runners, but now a few participants have not paid yet. I have a problem, because now I have 20 registrations that are not paid. I want to send them an e-mail to remember to pay (sending an invoice reminder), but now I can only send one at a time which is quite time consuming… Is there any way to run around this?

Plus, if I filter by status, I send one e-mail and then I have to filter again by status….

Hi Daniel,
At this time, there isn’t a built-in way to send out a email reminder that filters by status. There is an email newsletter feature that sends out an email to all who’ve registered, but that’s not what you’re looking for. Building out a better notification system is on our radar.
What I’ve done before is open up the attendee report, filter by incomplete status, then go down the list and right click the envelope button so it opens the unfiltered attendee report in a new tab. It’s definitely not an elegant solution, but it will save you a few minutes if you’re sending out 20 payment reminders.
