Hi,

Every time I try to send batch messages, it fails with an error message “An EE_Error exception was thrown! code: EEM_Base – _do_wpdb_query – 1919” along with lines of text.

I really need to send these messages to the event bookers ASAP.

Thanks

Here’s another error message that was also displayed with the first error: “”WPDB Error occurred, but no error message was logged by wpdb! The wpdb method called was “insert” and the arguments were “array ( 0 => ‘edsbq173_esp_extra_meta’, 1 => array ( ‘OBJ_ID’ => 906, ‘EXM_type’ => ‘Message’, ‘EXM_key’ => ‘MSG_generation_data’, ‘EXM_value’ => ‘a:59:{i:1511;O:15:”EE_Registration”:8:{s:42:”‘ . “\0” . ‘*’ . “\0″ . ‘_props_n_values_provided_in_constructor”;a:16:”

Hi there,

How many batch emails are you selecting in one go?

Hi,

59 emails

Its caused by the amount of messages being generated in one request, try breaking up the batch email into 2 groups of around 30.

So select the first 30, trigger the newsletter, then select the next 29 and trigger the newsletter again.

Do the message then send?

(Note we had another user report the same issue when selecting 50 registrations at once and are investigating the cause)

Hi,

It works when I try 30, but it would be really great if I can just select all at once.

Many thanks

Yeah, I understand.

We are working on a fix so until we push a fix live for this you will need to send newsletter/batch emails in batches of roughly 30.

There’s a fix for the issue reported here, and it’s included in Event Espresso 4.9.16.p.
