I have followed the directions on creating a custom message (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-create-a-custom-message-template/)however, once I type in the information I need to be sent to the registrants, it cuts the message off. How do I stop this? When I sent the test email, NOTHING I typed showed up in the email. Is there video showing how to do this? I am not a developer and need SIMPLE easy instructions. I am trying to set up an automatic email for people that register for my CPR classes. They need to complete the online portion prior to coming to the class. I would like the email sent to them once I approve the registration.
