I am using latest EE3. Just wondering that if it is possible that the ticket would be sent after the check/money order payment received and we changed in back-end (in the other word – from Pending to Completed).
Create an email template that has the information that you would like to send to your members. Then when a payment has been received, you can send a message by selecting that template:
When you change an attendees status from pending to completed there is an option at the bottom called Email notice. Changing this to Yes before updating the attendee will send out the payment received notification.
You would need to send this out manually since you are manually updating the attendee record to add the payment. This is done on the same screen (Edit Attendee Payment Record).
