But most with multiple, there had one sponsorship ticket they purchased which provided them with a number of free tickets to the event that we created under there email address.
If you activate the Primary Registrant context for the Ticket Notice by adding a recipient to the TO line of that message template, the first attendee in the group will get an email with a link that can pull up all the tickets associated with that one transaction: https://www.screencast.com/t/awUEJ9P6tET
Because you’ll notice in the email, template is using the [TXN_TICKETS_APPROVED_URL] shortcode. So the link they will get will retrieve all the tickets for the transaction, not just one.
I don’t know. Is there any way to preview? When you say all that in transaction is that for anything that purchased in this event?
For example the person purchased one ticket, but with her one ticket she received 11 additional tickets. The 11 additional tickets we did all under one email address, but none of them show up if you look at her profile in WP > Users.
A transaction means the order they put in. So when they go through the registration process (filling out the registration form, then paying) that’s one transaction. One transaction can have many tickets, and there’s one ticket for each registration. If you did a separate transaction then sending tickets for both transactions will generally involve sending two emails.
