Ensure that you are on the current version of Event Espresso 4 (currently 4.4.4).
Then go to Event Espresso –> Events.
Now hover over the name of the event and click on Registrations. This will take you to a page that shows registrations for only this event.
There is a Send Batch Email button that appears at the end of the page. You can place a checkmark next to certain attendees or bulk select all. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the button.
Drag the Newsletter message type along with any others that you may need to the left box to enable them. Then go back to the registrations screen for this event and try again.
Hey Lorenzo they were all enabled and the setting was set to ON. I remember having a similar issue before so I dragged them all to inactive and then dragged them all back to active and now the button is appearing again.
