Currently, when someone registers and pays on our site, they receive an email confirmation saying payment received. Is there a way that we (as site managers) can also receive a copy of this email?
Yes, you can do that by going to Event Espresso –> Messages. Then look for the Payment Received message type and click on the Event Admin (appears in grey).
Then you’ll be viewing the messages editor. Add the following shortcode to the TO field and then save changes:
Is there a way to do this on the lite version? We are rebuilding our site and have our pro version on the new site so on the temporary site (the one that is currently active) we are still using the lite version.
You could install the regular version of Event Espresso 4 which has the options that I mentioned on your testing site. It will work without the support license key but you won’t have any support services such as software updates.
Your support license key will activate to one site at a time so if your domain (website URL) changes, then you can request a release through the account details area of your account page on EventEspresso.com.
