We have a site that is member based and the member gets a free ticket to the event. They are allowed to add multiple guests but each guest costs $150. The member can pay the guest fee themselves but we want the option to have the guest pay their own guest fee. Is that possible?
Not currently, as it stands EE considers the ‘Primary Registrant’ to be the user handling all of the payments within a group so you can’t break out each of the individual registrant’s payments if made in a group.
The can pay their own guest fee outside of Event Espresso (for example Bank Transfer, or sending payment to your PayPal account) and you can apply that payment manually within the admin, but currently there’s no frontend option for individual payments within a group.
