Hi Ricardo, I have an idea on how you could set this up. However, they will be able to work around this by using a different email address.
When you are in the event editor, in the top right area you’ll see an option for maximum number of tickets per transaction. Set that to 1 and save changes.
Next go to each ticket option and click on the gear icon. Then set the maximum and minimum to 1 and then save changes to the event.
Please ignore my last message. I have the event, datetimes and tickets setup to suit my requirements.
However it is still the final part that I need to figure out. Basically the user can only ever get one ticket to this event. Having set up 1 ticket per order this did not do it the user can go back and order for another day etc.
Hi Ricardo, Event Espresso does not have an option to restrict additional purchases for the same event or purchases that occur via a different email address.
